Customer: Customer who demands and orders shipping services
Supplier: Transfers365 s.r.o., service provider

The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time. In the following cases, however, the customer has to pay the "cancellation fee" in the amount specified to the supplier.

Passenger cars and minivans (vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes)

Orders for transportation in Prague

In case the customer cancels a transportation order in Prague less than two hours before the booked time, the customer is obliged to pay to the supplier 100 percent of the price of the order.

Orders for transportation outside of Prague

In case the customer cancels delivery for transportation outside of Prague on the day of the scheduled execution, or less than 12 hours before the booked time of the car delivery, the customer has to pay 50 percent of the price of the order to the supplier. For contracts where our car is ordered for more days we will charge only the first day in the amount of daily rent cars according to the proper price list of the transport company.

Buses and Limousines

Orders for transportation in Prague

In case the customer cancels a transportation order in Prague less than 48 hours before the booked time, the customer has to pay 50 percent of the price of the order to the supplier. In case of cancellation made less than 24 hours before the booked time of client´s pick up, the customer will pay 100 % of the price of the contract.

Orders for transportation outside of Prague

In case the customer cancels delivery for transportation outside of Prague, less than 168 hours (7 days) before the booked time of the car delivery, the customer has to pay 50 percent of the price of the order to the supplier. In case of cancellation made less than 24 hours before the booked time of client´s pick up, the customer will pay 100% of the price of the contract.
